Managing Partner
Casey brings more than 20 years of experience in financial leadership and business management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University and spent 15 years in commercial banking before joining Viewrail, where he served as Asset Manager and later as Vice President of the Hardwood Flooring Division.
An active contributor to the Goshen community since 2013, Casey has held leadership roles with the Goshen Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Goshen Inc. and has served on the La Casa Finance Committee.
Managing Partner
Shane brings extensive experience in architecture, construction, and real estate development. He holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Architecture from Ball State University and began his career in Indianapolis before co-founding a3design, where he focused on hotel and hospitality projects.
After returning to the area in 2002, Shane spent 15 years with a large construction company, where he worked with many developers and entrepreneurs. Later he joined Viewrail, helping lead the expansion of its facilities from one property to nine.
